What an amazing family trip! We were 4 ( 2 under 13) and we were newbies. Kerby was our amazing guide and he made us feel secure and comfortable. We want to thanks to the wonderful staff that make the reservation process so easy and for the warm welcome. Very very highly recommended!! Our kids really enjoyed the trip and we will never forget this amazing experience. God bless you all! :-)

Having never rafter before, our group was a little nervous about how our experience would turn out, but we had a great time on the river. the youngest member of our group was 7 years old and became fairly cold from the water (definitely recommend wet suits for children), but the adults were all fine and can't wait to try this again. Our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly, keeping us entertained with their stories and jokes during the course of the trip.
Wow what an great adventure! We took a 14 mile morning white water rafting trip. The guides were very professional and taught us how to have the best safest experience before we got in the boat. Once geared up and in the boat there was a team atmosphere as we floated the rapids!!! Which by the way was over the top fun!!! Our guide was funny, knowledgeable, and strong- and made the trip for us. I would highly recommend Journey Quest to others for individual or family/corporate adventures. We have gone rock climbing, rappelling, rafting, climbing and overnighting on trips with them and have come away refreshed and wanting to return for new adventures.
We had a great experience with Journey Quest! Everyone was friendly and happy to see us. We had some dietary restraints in our group and they made sure that everyone had something to eat. The guides themselves were awesome too - they knew the river well and pointed out interesting features along the river during the slower parts between rapids. They even made the necessary safety talks at the beginning interesting and entertaining. Although we only did a raft day, I know that Journey Quest also leads hiking and rock climbing and I can only assume that those trips would be equally as well led. Definitely would recommend Journey Quest to anyone rafting the Arkansas River.
One thing that is super important to me is presenting yourself to my family in an honorable way. These young men and women are respectful and God honoring. There was never a foul word or attitude no matter the situation. I respect and have been honored by that character trait and integrity on every trip
